Booking & prices

Reserving, paying, cancelling and what's included with every hire.

How do I reserve a bike?

Book online at our booking page with instant confirmation, or reserve by email or by calling the shop. We recommend booking in advance, especially in peak season.

What is included in the price?

Helmets, locks, our island-wide breakdown service and route planning are all included. You can add panniers, rack packs, lights and phone holders for a small charge — see our bike hire prices.

Can I hire a bike for half a day?

Our bike hire price is based on a full day, 9am to 5pm.

Can I keep the bike overnight or for several days?

Multi-day hire: yes — the bike stays with you for the whole booking, overnight included, and you bring it back by 5pm on your last day. E-bike hirers get a charger so the battery's full each morning.

One-day hire: for a small charge, our overnight extension lets you keep a standard bike until 9am the following morning — just add it at checkout. One-day e-bike hires can't be extended overnight, because we need them back to charge and prep for the next day's riders.

Do you offer discounts for large groups or long-term hire?

For groups of more than 8 riders, please get in touch with our team for group rates and availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (£), credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 7 days before your first rental day for a full refund. Within 7 days of the first rental day, you can reschedule free of charge or receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. The cancellation period does not include the first rental day.

How do I know which size bike to choose?

Use the height-based size guide on our booking page — and don't worry about getting it perfect, because we fine-tune every bike to you when you collect it.

What happens if I get a puncture or have a problem with the bike?

Our breakdown service runs 9am–5pm, 7 days a week. If you have any problem with your bike, call +44 7829 893 033 and we'll come to you, anywhere on the island.

Are the bikes insured?

We hold indemnity insurance and the bikes are insured against theft. You're welcome to arrange personal insurance as well.

Do you offer bike delivery or pick-up?

Yes — we deliver and collect anywhere in Jersey for an additional fee of £22 each way, with at least 24 hours' notice.

Can I take my bike off the island?

Our bikes are for use on Jersey only.

E-bikes

How long will my e-bike battery last?

Batteries are charged to full every night. A full charge with mixed-mode usage will comfortably take you all the way around the island.

Do I get a charger for multi-day e-bike hire?

Yes — for hires of more than one day you'll be given a charger and instructions on how to remove and charge your e-bike battery overnight.

Is there a minimum age for riding an e-bike?

Yes — you must be over 14 years old to ride an e-bike in Jersey.
